Shipping and Returns
LJC Candle Co is committed to offering a secure, convenient and premium online shopping experience.
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 - 5 business days.
$10.00 flat rate standard shipping.
FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 (excluding wholesale).
All orders are dispatched from Highland Park, Queensland.
Delivery is made between 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Our parcels are entrusted with Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers and Australia Post (depending on your location) and require a signature on delivery UNLESS you tick the AUTHORITY TO LEAVE box.
By ticking the AUTHORITY TO LEAVE box you are taking FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any loss or damage to your parcel.
Please Note: If no one is present to sign for the delivery at the address provided, the driver will either attempt to re-deliver at a later time or leave a card with details to pick up the parcel from a local location. If the parcel isn't collected within the time period specified on the card, the parcel will require re-shipment from our studio. If this happens you will be responsible for the full fee to re-ship the parcel.
If you request a change of delivery address once your parcel has been shipped, please note you will be responsible for a new delivery fee as this is classed as a new delivery. This will be charged at the rate our courier company charges.
QLD metro areas delivered within 2 - 4 business days after the order is dispatched.
NSW & VIC metro areas delivered 3 - 5 business days after the order is dispatched.
SA & WA metro areas delivered 5 - 10 business days after the order is dispatched.
Note: Rural areas may take longer.
LOCAL PICK UP
We offer local pick from our home at Highland Park on the Gold Coast. Any orders placed "local pick up" will NOT BE SHIPPED and it is your responsibility to collect this order. If you are unable to collect your order we can send you a request for funds via PayPal for the shipping costs.
We offer express shipping on orders up to 5kg.
Prices are charged in accordance with Australia Post's current pricing.
LJC Candle Co do not currently offer international shipping to countries outside of Australia.
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if damage occurs to the product/s please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org on the day of delivery with photo evidence. We will replace any product/s damaged once photographic evidence has been received.
Failure to notify us with photographic evidence on the day of delivery, will result in any replacement/s being at the discretion of LJC Candle Co.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 14 days.
Returned product/s must be in unused condition with original packaging.
Please allow 7 days for processing and note that we do not refund postage unless the product/s are deemed to be faulty.
The customer is responsible for all postage charges returning the product/s to our studio as well as new postage charges to send replacement product/s.
We will calculated shipping and a send a request for payment which can be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer. Until this payment has been received, we will not ship your product/s.
